Chimichurri Grilled Octopus

The octopus from Miami Fit Fish is delicious and could not be easier to  cook! Delivered straight to your door, it comes pre-cooked, requiring minimal preparation. Follow this recipe below or watch the video above  for an amazing dish!
  • Octopus from Miami Fit Fish 
  • Olive Oil 
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper 
  • Lemon



  •  Defrost the octopus by placing it in the fridge the night before you  are planning to eat it.
  • Heat grill to 500° and add the octopus. Cook for 3 minutes then flip.
  • After flipping, cook the other side for 3 minutes and remove from  grill.
  • Let the octopus rest while you prepare your sauce.

The Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix chopped parsley, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt  & pepper.
  • Stir this together then pour on top of your grilled octopus.
  • Lastly, top this with some freshly squeezed lemon juice, stop drooling, and serve and enjoy!
