- Olive Oil
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Defrost the octopus by placing it in the fridge the night before you are planning to eat it.

Heat grill to 500° and add the octopus. Cook for 3 minutes then flip.

After flipping, cook the other side for 3 minutes and remove from grill.

Let the octopus rest while you prepare your sauce.
The Sauce

In a small bowl, mix chopped parsley, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper.

Stir this together then pour on top of your grilled octopus.

Lastly, top this with some freshly squeezed lemon juice, stop drooling, and serve and enjoy!
