    The Sirloin is home to popular fabricated cuts but is first separated into the Top Sirloin Butt and Bottom Sirloin Butt. In the Top Sirloin, you’ll find steaks great for grilling, while the Bottom Sirloin provides cuts like Tri-Tip and Sirloin Bavette, which are good for roasting or grilling.

Our beef is Fresh From Florida certified. Our cattle are born, raised, and harvested in Florida, meaning our beef is 100% Florida local beef. Though maintaining all cattle operations in Florida costs more than sending our cattle out west, we believe it is critical to keep supply in our state to do our part in feeding Floridians and our visitors no matter what the world brings.
